I am voluntarily participating in the use of cold plunge and sauna services provided by The Plunge.

I, {name} understand that the use of cold plunge and sauna facilities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, risk of injury, illness, or death.

I, {name} acknowledge that The Plunge has recommended that I consult a physician before using cold plunge and sauna facilities, and I have either done so or have knowingly chosen not to seek such advice.

I, {name} agree to follow all safety guidelines, instructions, and rules provided by The Plunge while using the cold plunge and sauna facilities.

I, {name} release and discharge The Plunge, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives, from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or illness, including death, that may be sustained by me during or in connection with the use of the cold plunge and sauna facilities.

I, {name}understand that this waiver extends to any claims I may have against other participants or customers of The Plunge.

I, {name} agree that this waiver is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by law, and that if any portion is held invalid, the remainder shall continue in full legal force and effect.

I, {name} have read and understand this waiver, and I voluntarily sign it with full knowledge of its significance.
